Just working backwards - Meetings to plan the trip

Part of the fun of our various trips 'outback' are the many meetings that need to be held to get organised.

In reality, the meetings are a great excuse to get together and natter, over pizza and drinks. Somewhere during these evening, we somehow extract some plans out of the many conversations going on...many meetings later, we eventually land on some plans...to get started at least.

During the planning for this trip, one of our number had a significant birthday, so this meeting was hijacked by a birthday party. But the photos pretty much sum up our usual meetings.
